My visit today was a very pleasant one as usual. Everyone is very courteous and professional. Always very satisfied.
Dr. Um and his staff are very efficient and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. His hygienists are so kind and personable and the front desk staff is always so pleasant and friendly. I especially love seeing and dealing with Melanie who is the anchor and manager of the practice.
I love visiting Dr Um's office. The staff is extremely friendly. The dental hygienist is gentle. Dr Um is amazingly gentle. Always a no-pain experience.
