My employer changed our insurance to Aetna so I needed to find a new primary. Since I am into alternative medicine, I wanted a doctor that at least is open to that concept. I had a really great experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt welcoming and calm, which immediately helped ease some of my nerves. The front desk staff was polite and efficient, and I didn’t feel rushed or overlooked at any point. What stood out the most to me was how attentive and understanding Dr. Wu and her team were. The visit with Dr. Wu was amazing! I was so happy to find her again. A special thank you to Elizabeth for the awesome help! Nadia the medical assistant was also very nice during the triage process. This is a great office with excellent team work. I highly recommend this facility!
