From the front desk to every member of staff,I was treated like a vip.only wish the nurse practitioner was always there.she was spectacular. Truly cares for her patients.
The only place you really want to go when you're not feeling good.
I was disappointed to learn that I had to pay a copay just to receive a phone call about my lab results with a nurse practitioner. I don’t understand why results couldn’t simply be communicated over the phone without an additional charge. The experience felt frustrating and unnecessary. Unfortunately, because of this, I do not plan to use Memorial again.
