My visit went good today.
I enjoyed my visit to see Dr. O! Everyone was extremely kind. Nurse Patrina did a great job checking me in and she was easy to talk to. Dr. O made me feel very comfortable and I enjoyed our conversation.
The ladies who handle the reception and the hematologist staff in the front are incredibly helpful. Daphne, Patrina Rianna, and Surya consistently go above and beyond to assist with scheduling appointments and relaying any questions I may have to the doctor. Patrina, in particular, puts me at ease while im waiting for the hematologist. The conversations that we have I really enjoy.
