Called to get a refill of lactulose, was told I had be seen first. This is just a prescription laxative for ones like me with liver trouble. Was told need to be seen, I have no insurance. They expect me pay what over 100.00 for prescription to be written, when there’s no change in my health or anything they can do. Not even been 6 months since seen last. I’d understand if was over a year!!! Worst part is you only see nurse practitioner not even the doctor.
