I called to inform them I was going to be 15 min late. The operator took upon herself to cancel my appointment, after I drove there. I told them I would call them right back and I did and they would not answer. I am a disabled veteran and was told to stay off my pain meds for 24 hours. I was in pain and they didnt care. Wanted to make another appointment, I guess to treat me like that again. I have let the VA know how I was treated and what was said. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT GO BACK.
Dr Patel and his staff have been helping me for over ten years. I have recommended him to family and friends and highly encourage anyone with pain to see him.
