I like all the info the OBGYN office has, but I don’t like how sterile tools aren’t kept in their sterile packaging. For example, PAP smear tools should stay in sterile packaging until the procedure is happening. If it’s just sitting opened in a drawer getting grabbed by a nurse with no gloves or sanitizer and placed on a paper towel for 20 minutes, this will increase infection and could cause sepsis since PAP swear tools cause a wound 😀 been having stabbing pains a week after my first PAP swear 🤷♀️
Memorial doesn't help patients find the right place to go. I had called several times trying to locate a office in the same building. The woman literally told me "It's not my department", when I asked for help locating the right office. This is the third time I have had issues with memorial as a whole not wanting to help patients.
