My grandparents are buried here in a corner lot. We've tried talking to management about issues with the lot It's been well almost 10 years now and still nothing has been done. The lot is growing with weeds and the center of the lot there is a growing patch of dirt. We've been nicely asking that something be done about the patch of dirt and the lot being infested with weeds. My grandfather paid good money and it's a shame a business would cheat the dead like this.
August 2 Memorial Oaks called me to inform me that they damaged my sons plaque. They were very apologetic and said they would fix it and have it replaced within 6 weeks. A month ago Tylers dad called to find out when it would be replaced and was told that it would be no more than 2 weeks. I called 3 weeks ago because we are past 6 weeks. I told them that I wanted his plaque replaced by today, Nov 6. Today marks the 5th year since I lost my son. I was told that they were on it and would call me back. Russell Allen sure is insensitive and cold hearted in regards to grieving parents owning plots in Baby Land....what a joke for a president of a funeral home!
