I received an email today requesting a signature for work that has been signed for at least three times and paid for more than four years ago. My father's ashes were interred more than 6 months ago, yet when I stopped by the cemetery in July, four months after the fact (I live out of state), the scrollwork was not done and I would not have known it wasn't done if I hadn't stopped by.
