My appointment was cancelled by Memorial Modern Dentistry, but I received no phone call, no voicemail, nothing. I did receive text message reminders twice before my Appointment, but when I showed up on the day of my appointment I was told I wasn’t on the schedule. They kept asking, “Didn’t you receive our voicemails? We’ve been calling you. We had to cancel your appointment.” There were no phone calls. There were no voicemails.

Dr. Kwak and all the staffs are awesome! They treat my son so nice... Dr. Kwak has the most gentle hands... he did great to my son's dental treatment. Will be recommending him to my friends.
