My Mom was admitted to the 6th floor, we had to call housekeeping as they had not been into clean her room.. So a new employee to housekeeping came in mopped only the areas that were pointed out to her, without sweeping first, then proceed to the bathroom, when she came back out she remopped the area with the same mop from the bathroom. We called housekeeping again and they sent someone else ONLY to do the same thing as the person before her!! I contacted a manager the next day and she went a seasoned housekeeper to do what ... read more

Was admitted to ICU for diabetic ketoacidosis. While in ICU had excellent care. However when I was moved to the third floor, I was forgotten about. My sugars were not checked prior to meals. They were not checked until several hours after meals (and this was after asking twice to have them checked). My sugars where in the high 300s and still had to wait additional hours for insulin. Being moved upstairs from ICU is just an excuse to charge insurance an extra day of fees for no care.

terrible customer service, I had to get a wheel chair myself to get my daughter out of the car and then wait in line while her appendix ruptured! all while the intake staff laughed and didn't care one bit.
