RecommendedI had a heart attack yesturday, I cant thank the staff at MMC enough. It was like a dozen supermen and wonder women flying around me taking GREAT care of me. I'm home and feeling better, still healing obviously but on the mend. I don't mean to make light of a serious situation but that is what they are to me, all heros.
Food quality has gone down by110%, even the lettuce tasted bad. How can you screw up lettuce? Also the rooms are no longer being cleaned daily. During my recent stay, the trash was thrown daily and no sweep or mopping!! I saw several unsanitary things going on. I was born in this hospital and spent 17 days here in 2017. I am in shock!! The employees are great, but the food and cleanliness has gone down hill and is moving at a fast pace!!

I went to ER stayed hours in immense pain. RN blew thru several veins trying to start IV. Asked several times for anything to help with the pain. Doc ran every test imaginable but only pain med given would be given with a shot. After IV ordeal I was done with needles but doc refused oral meds, he only wanted to run more tests who cared if I was crying by eyes out. I ended up walking out.

RecommendedI never go to the Dr! Ain’t nobody got time for that! But this time I had to. The staff at Memorial Urgent Care Las Cruces took great care of me. All welcome stations were open, so my first time registration flew by. Even the site manager stopped in the lobby to greet folks. The nurse practitioner took good care of me. I just wanted to get back to work so they offered to order my prescription so it would be ready and waiting when I hit the pharmacies drive-through.
