Been here at least 20+ times over 3 years and holy crap..... this last time was a nightmare. My nurse Rosie was a complete rude lady. For 3 hrs she didnt check on me, ask if I need anything. It was wild!! Never have I experienced this here. I think it may be time for Rosie to retire and let the younger generation who dont seem to hate their life and job take over. This was the worst 3+ hrs ever
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the nurses at the infusion center. During one of the most frightening and difficult times in our lives, they brought so much kindness, compassion, and comfort to an experience that could have otherwise felt overwhelming. Received my first rounds of chemo here and they are just so super sweet. They really take initiative in making you feel special. They will stop what they are doing to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.
