I came in with a wound and coming in to check in and make sure that it wasn't a septic infection, all staff in the check in area were very nice and were concerned about my state of my health. My attending nurse Kirby was diligent in explaining my insulin to me as well as attending MD Petursson. I was explained what medication I will be prescribed as well as all my questions were answered. I really do thank them for the help and check in.
Horrible horrendous place to go to . Never coming again My daughter was sick she never likes going to a hospital she stays away from these places but she couldn’t handle the pain anymore. The nurses in the front are rude and don’t know how to do their job she told me the lady that was there on Friday the 27th of march around 8:40pm was rude and had placed her on the list of discharge she wasn’t even seen by a doctor not once . I have never written a bad review before, but I feel I should at least warn others before they consider coming here. I have been to this place three times, and unfortunately, none of my experiences were positive. Most of the staff were dismissive and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Out of the three visits, only two staff members were actually helpful and friendly. Absolutely horrible hospital, it's a shame they're still on business, they have you for hours waiting, they run some labs, they tell you you're in a critical condition and that it's not recommended to go outside and they keep you in the building for two days with no medication, two days without even seeing your doctor and then when you tell them you'll sign the paper to let you go, they get upset saying that I should be glad that the ER doctor went above and beyond doing tests and admitting me in the hospital, like if they w... read more
Idek how they got more than 1 start smfh their own staff told me to go to a different hospital that’s how trash they are. Consider your life and safety go somewhere else
