I went to the emergency department around 6:00pm on 08-15-25 the majority of triage staff here are rude and very unprofessional, except for a for a African American gentleman with glasses he was the only respectful and understanding staff member within the location during my time of visit. Worst Emergency Room I've ever been to and I've been to A LOT. They will literally let you bleed out in their lobby before they even consider giving you medical attention, the nurses are really bad at giving you an IV, will literally stick you three times before they can find a vein (mine are very healthy and thick). Doctors don't care about you, literally just leave you on a chair in the hallway of the ER (not even a hospital gerni) the security guards don't do anything but scroll on their phones, act very aggressive toward... read more

Incredibly slow service, came in at 7 am and waited 2 hours. Nobody tells you anything about your treatment, and people have been waiting here for over 7 hours to be seen. If you’re in need of serious help, go to another hospital because you’ll most likely just be waiting in pain for hours with no help.
