Was seen here yesterday. Staff was ok and Dr may was very helpful. However, I was given an antibiotic that I am having trouble with and I called and they refused to change it. I paid 60$ for it and I was told I would need to be seen again to address new symptoms. Im sure ill get a couple thousand dollar bill from yesterdays visit. Im disappointed that I will have to spend countless hours and rack up medical debt just to change an antibiotic.

This facility is archaic. When has a patient who is in extreme pain been denied pain management or Mild calming medication for an actual lumbar puncture a spinal tap. At this hospital, you will be. Went to another facility and was diagnosed with meningitis.

Spent Friday evening and all day Saturday (until approximately 8pm) in the ER. The only time a nurse entered the room was after I asked for toothpaste and a toothbrush. No water. No food. No checkup (other than the doctor). My daughter was called, by an employee named John, a brat 3x and told she should be spanked. Bugs (one a cockroach) were in the hallway as well as our room. This ER cant do much other than transfer you to a more capable ER.

Honestly the worst emergency room! Every time I have been or a family member has been there it is terrible! Desk staff is rude. You wait forever no matter what your condition is. Just awful. I’d rather drive to Dublin.
