This is my second review. Great care and very caring people, but the wait in the ER can extend for hours. I know ER can be extremely busy, but they had only one doctor on staff at the time. Two or more doctors working simultaneously would have helped, I waited for about 6 hours in the ER waiting room. I ended up with severe back spasms. I thought I was having kidney stones, but it turned out my bad back was acting up from sitting too long.

I had an MRI with Anesthesia on Tuesday 2nd May 2026. I was early and there was no issues, I was greeted with professional services. I felt very safe and comfortable with the team members that cared for me. Dr. Paik, Becky-CRNA, Lily and Sandy, I hope that I didn't leave anyone out. Just in case thank you also 🙏. Came in by ambulance after being transferred from Shiloh. The nurse checking me in had an attitude from the start. After shift change, different nurse took over who was nice. Later I had nurses Katie and Sean two days in a row. Excellent care by Katie and Sean. Now the food, It was the worst dog food I ever had. 8 years ago, the food was outstanding. I guess cost cutting so the president of Memorial can get a bigger bonus. Nest time I will door dash food.
