I’ve had both helpful and unhelpful experiences here. I find that simple problems tend to be handled better. Coming in for an anxiety attack because of Effexor withdrawal? So supported, I am grateful for how they helped me. When I came in with what they thought were non-epileptic seizures? Not as helpful. ER Dept. was about traumatizing. The pain i was in and the lack of empathy from most of the staff was agonizing; however, once admitted, EVERYONE was all i could ask for! The Techs were so kind and helpful, the nurses were empathetic, quick and thorough, and the Dr. was on point. **** I definitely want to mention, that while in the ER, i explained multiple times that i had JUST been told that i have a cancerous cyst in my pancreas. I sat at this hospital for 5 hours waiting for a room the waiting room was full of people I'm assuming waiting for the same thing this hospital is getting very bad with service to the community and the patients in the building wait time are 4 plus hours for rooms nun of the staff know anything and that is crazy every time I asked for sum help or information the answer was I don't know it seem like this hospital hires a lot of I don't knows and to be honest touchette hospital is better than this hospital and the entire world ... read more
