The staff that helps with medical detox is amazing. Kind. Patient. Treat you like your a human and not dirt on the floor. Compassion from the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave.

Some of the worst care I’ve ever seen a patient receive. Most of the nurses and staff we came across were lazy and did the bare minimum. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Not only did they mess up basic medications, but they took them and treated everyone like we had no idea what was going on. Nurses consistently spoke down to everyone that was there for a family member, from the moment we walked into surgery outpatient the nurses and staff were extremely rude. This staff sucks … apparently they don’t have a waiting queue and can’t let you know what you are at in line . I’m in the er waiting to be seen actively bleeding out my mouth . As I’m watching so many people leave but nobody being called back .

My experience was at an all time worst. The ER was quite great, but the floor was awful.., I had 2 over night nurses who thought they kn my pains better that me.i asked for pain med and got nothing more than Tylenol. on both different nights I have had to call multiple times to try to get some pain relief. I’m dealing with lower back pain, nerve pain with my sciatica by L5 S1 through L1 disc scar all blown out and this lady would only give me one little pill and what I asked for a second one she told the nurses station I jus... read more
