The wait is not justified by the number of people in the waiting room and the staff is totally incompetent.
Last night I came to the ER at 10:45 pm as I was suffering from a kidney stone. I was in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes before I left to go to the Cambridge hospital. Not one medical professional checked on me or assisted me in any way as I was vomiting, crying, yelling for help and laying on the floor in excruciating pain.
