wouldnt even give 1 star was given a new primary doctor July 21 2024 and have yet too see HIM because he seems to CANCEL everytime i call to complain only to get hung up on causing me to call back speak with another manager only to be told it happens all the time and we can promise you it wont happen again NO unprofessional people are ill we have and need Doctors not 1.s that cancel everytime and i mean everytime 000 STARS from me
Beware of billing errors. Beacon billed my elderly mother for two copayments she had already made at the time of service. Not realizing it was a duplicate bill, she paid it. Now they are giving her the run-around and won't refund her overpayment. She is 80-years-old and on a fixed income. Beacon billing can NOT be trusted!
