Rude. Looking at the other comments, this is a trend that is unbroken. Terminate management and rebuild the culture. People who need supplies could be in their last days. Think about that.
If I could give less than one star I would.I had surgery earlier this week, and my Dr had faxed an order for supplies. I called to check on the order, and was told it wasn't received to be forwarded to the Jacksonville location. My Dr refaxed the order, and Mem Home Health confirmed receipt of the order I asked what my caregiver needed when she came to pick up the supplies. In a tone reserved for a misbehaving child I was told, "All she has to do is show up and we'll give it to her." Her tone clearly indicated she didn't wan... read more
Very rude and abrupt lady at the front counter, just an overall bad experience, we went here to get 2 wrist braces and it took half an hour, I wish I would have went to Walgreens instead
