Billing office does not return calls. Has continued to refused to send me an itemized bill for my services even though I have requested five (5) times. I am on a payment plan, yet they keep calling me about unpaid amount. The manager mailbox no longer accepts messages.

I recently had a two procedures in one done at this surgery center, and I can confidently say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Both Dr. Jalloul and Dr. Olavarria took my symptoms seriously from the very first visit, and their skill and compassion made all the difference in my care. I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this facility’s billing department. Their phone number does not work, yet they keep calling me about an unpaid balance—even after they deducted the payment from my bank account. Now, I’ve overpaid and have to go through the hassle of proving it. To make matters worse, when I contacted Memorial Hermann, they had no record of my account, which makes it clear that this bill is actually from Memorial Hermann Surgery Center.
