Only reason I use is facilities because it’s close. I’m going center in finding a new facility. Every time I have dealt with them which is been four times I’ve dealt with incompetent people. From the billing department to the pre-CERT department and the scheduling department they are all inept!
Had the most awful experience at this emergency room hospital.Total nightmare How do let a person who has been bleeding for anoit a week and blood level as low aw as 7.5 and say go home get discharge and if you feel worse or still bleeding come back And The If you call hom a Doctor said i wasnt bleeding that it could be food coloring how outrageous and very disappointed how low this hospital has gotten
I cant believe after being one of the best hospitals , now its a nightmare, my husband an 80 year old, has been all day without food, and every time I ask when are they going to bring dinner ,I have a very.bad attitude from the staff, hes been admitted and there is no room still for him ,still at the er, and they dont know when are they going to have one available ,it cou6 be days that's what I been told ,this is the las time ,no more coming back to this hospital ever !!
Just finished an 18 month battle with Memorial Hermann SE. They misdiagnosed my son in the ER in November of 2018 and after all their internal reviews, they stood by their incorrect diagnosis. In the end I was granted a 25% discount to make a final payment. Although the hospital is 7 minutes from my home, I will drive to the Medical Center downtown in the future.
My daughter Patricia had a major surgery and spent one month healing and recovering. From day one her surgeon Dr. Banki has taken wonderful care of her. Dr. Banki is a God send as my daughter's surgery was 9 hours and very difficult. Her expertise is what saved my daughter's life. She was on top of her treatment and kept both Patricia and myself informed and up to date on everything. She expects and receives the best from everyone, doctors to nurses included.
