it's a medical professional building, elevators and air conditioning work and kept clean
LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN!!!!! I don't know exactly what the problem is, but THERE IS DEFINITELY A PROBLEM AT THE MEMORIAL HERMANN PEARLAND LOCATION!!!! FOR ONE, THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MEDICAL STAFF, WHETHER DOCTORS, NURSES OR MEDICAL ASSISTANTS! The doctor, Dr. Thanh-Thao Le (female) is kind, but God forbid if you need to speak to a person AFTER an in person or virtual visit! Their online portal is useless. I have had to make and cancel appointments so many times because it does not clearly note that it is a virtual appointment. Then trying to cancel the appointment it says I cannot, call this number. So, when I call, I get an automated message asking to wait then it hangs up on me.... I regret getting involved with this organization.
