I was transferred directly inpatient from a stand alone ER. I was here for two nights and the nurses were wonderful, the janitorial staff were amazing, and the food was way better than standard hospital food. They were very accommodating and were very focused on treating my pain(admitted for migraines). My only complaint would have to be the severe lack of tv channels. I mean come on. High quality hospital with bad cable. Made it a little more difficult to pass the time. Otherwise I would definitely recommend Memorial Herman... read more
THE STAFF WAS GREAT, COURTESY WAS OUT STANDING, NO LONG WAIT TIME
Took my boyfriend to the ER this weekend and he ended up being admitted for the night. We had an awesome experience from the doctors to the staff and also the housekeeping!!
This has got to be the worse of the worse, never again will we come to the Pearland location again!!
Took my 6 yr old in for a gash in his head and possible concussion. Waited 3.5 hours for them to fix his gash and they let him bleed in the lobby. After awhile I said are y’all going to just let my small child bleed in the lobby? Lady didn’t say much band handed me one gauze. To do myself. Like I didn’t take him to an ER for a reason. I understand waiting but it would’ve taken maybe 5 minutes to put the staple in. And then proceeded to wait 3.5 MORE hours for a catscan and finally I had to ask if anyone planned on telling me... read more

Las personas son muy amables y los doctores son excelentes...
I walked in with a high heart rate that had been consistently high for over an hour, palpitations and discomfort in my chest... it took 1 hr just to be triaged. The waiting room was disgusting and the restrooom was worse. The front desk staff were unprofessional and holding personal conversations while checking me in. To say the least my visit was less then desirable and I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. In the past the staff have been nice and accommodating but not this time.
