I went to the Emergency Room with severe back and abdominal pain in November 2024. They did a CT scan and I was diagnosed with Kidney Stones. They administered morphine for the pain and after a couple of hours sent me home. They suggested Tylenol over the counter if the pain persisted. The next day I was feeling worse and called my PCP. My PCP was able to access Memorial Hermann lab results from the previous night and saw that my white blood cells were high and my kidney function was not good either. I was in the ER a month ago for my kidney stone.. I was attended promptly. Thank you to my nurse Russell for being very sensitive to my needs as well as to the charge nurse, Annola.
