I just cant express my appreciation and gratitude for this staff at MMH Northeast. The compassion and professionalism that they showed was top notch. Special thanks to Wesley, RN, who worked us thru the process. He even allowed time for my nephew to come on from Louisiana. He was able to view his father before they took him to the morgue. Thanks to Gloria who lifted up a prayer and gave us warm blankets. The entire ER staff made our loss more bareable.

The ER staff were very helpful and the doctors were caring but thorough. Thanks to everyone for helping me as I was very nervous and unsure what was going on with me.
My family and I use this hospital whenever we have a medical emergency. When I had blood clots in both lungs in Nov'10, my mother had a stroke Feb'11 and my father's sugar plunged to 25. Memorial Hermann's ER staff always comes through. I took my mother to yesterday bcuz she was complaining of chest pains. They quickly gave her an EKG and ran blood test. My only complaint is the wait after we were taken back. We sat there for hours waiting...I guess that's the balance huh.
