If you’re looking for a doctor and care team that truly cares about you, I would stay away from this office. Communication was extremely poor—I went nearly four weeks without hearing back about a medication concern, even after multiple follow-ups.
I’m really disappointed with my experience. Communication was extremely delayed—I often waited far too long for responses regarding my care. When it came to medication management, I felt dismissed and unsupported. I was not given clear guidance or direction, and requests for necessary prescriptions were denied without adequate explanation or alternatives. I can’t say enough good things about the nurse who helped me, Earnestine was kind, attentive, and very professional. She made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. One of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had.
