The wait is horrible when certain people are working. I been to this location (6400 Fannin, 16th floor) before and the wait was horrible, so I started going to 610/Ella location and I love their customer service alone with the fast service. Christina received my information from the check in, walked passed me and went to back. Two other workers came called patients and I’m like WTF. Minutes later here come Christina calling my name. Now why when she received my paperwork she didn’t prompt me to the back🤦🏽♀️
