I had an amazing experience at memorial Hermann I was treated with respect and care all night and all my needs were taken care of . I didn’t have to wait long to get treated and was given amazing treatment . They made sure to relieve my pain and made sure I was comfortable . The staff on the night I went were amazing! very kind and compassionate . I will never forget my experience here
2012 a wonderful surgeon healed my brother Jacob McCord and he’s been asking for 3 days to have his patient in front of him!!! I’m so incredibly grateful for his work the first time & his advocation for Jacobs health!!! Thank you for your hospital!!! Thank you that you all help heal & reverse the pain !!
My sister was brought to Memorial Hermann Southwest ER on Monday night (08/11/2025) with severe, visible burns. She was in extreme pain and needed urgent care. Instead of compassion or immediate triage, the receptionist was dismissive, We later learned she had to be transferred because the hospital staff were not trained or experienced in treating burn patients something that should have been made clear immediately.
