RN, Julie Andries was just unnecessarily rude and unprofessional during my recent visit. 10/13/2022 around 10:00 PM, I took my 3 month old to the ER at M.H. Greater Heights, due to congestion and fever. After registration, Julie took my baby's vitals. I'm mentioning to her things I've noticed about my baby while she's been sick and she gave me no eye contact or feedback as if she was not listening or interested.
