I went here on New Year's Eve for my mom whose blood pressure had dropped. Let me tell you, I hate I sent her to this ER. Firstly, it took forever to find her in this massive hospital. I had to ask several people for help to locate my mom. When I arrived some of the nurses wouldn't address my concerns, or even acknowledge my presence when asking for help. We waited in the ER for hours. Then was told to vacate the room for a more critical patient. We were in front of the nurses station for 5 hours before being seen. She neede... read more

The amount of money that they receive from ER visits are astronomical but the way I was shuffled out the door after being hit by car on scooter. After got X-rays and nothing was broken, they could of at least washed wound on my foot to see if I needed stitches, nobody examined my wound. Just quickly threw bandages on and sent me on my way. My wound bled the whole time while on stretcher, and when I got home. How do they know if I didn’t need stitches without washing and examining. I’m thinking about filing a formal complaint
