Lived here from in 2000-01. Well maintained but a bit on the $$$ side.
I've been living here for 6 months and I keep trying to get all of my friends to move in as well. The pricing is affordable, the units are nice, the property is beautiful, and I genuinely could not live somewhere more conveniently located if I tried. This has by far been the most pleasant rental experience I have ever had, and I can imagine myself staying here for a long time.
The original post was made in era after looking at your property I realized my mistake . The only thing I can say is you need to clean better around your dumpster areas but trash is going to fall out and not be thrown in there correctly.
