Checked the website before I made the commute since it’s about 20 minutes away. Said they opened at 8:30 7 days a week. Get there printed sign on door says urgent care isn’t open until 9. Walk in and lady behind the window tells me the urgent care isn’t open today but the one on owosso is… I will not be back. Update your website and do better.
They are always so sweet and kind.
I spent two hours at this place on a saturday afternoon when no one else was waiting. they did not seem organized and i completed my pre-employment testing. i left and my agency contacted them later that week checking on the results. my agency was told the sample was safe and being tested. days later, they informed my agency that my test was not able to be processed. do not come to this location- these people are inefficient, unprofessional and unreliable.
Amanda and jen are phenomenal, I will always recommend this place over owosso urgent care. Amanda and jen actually take their time and care about their patients.
