Physicians have been great, however the Human Resources dept. should take a look into how their staff is treated and start listening and being more alert to how to keep employees rather than push them out the door. The staff is the backbone of most practices and yet concerns and fair treatment overall doesn't seem to be practiced. Really sad!
Maybe the Doctors are the best and all the Staff but the ER wait Room is dirty and over crowded. Not fast enough to attend to an injury in pain.. I mean badly pain. I live 2blocks away from the hospital and I had to drive to Aventura Hospital for a more prompt attention. We spoke to front desk to halo us and they don't care... Hello some people need help faster than those just sitting in your wait room. Some are inajor pain.. And no help
Sara Ahumada gave me horrible service, treated me like I was barely human.
