This agency should be investigated for fraudulently preying on the elderly. In 2022, my 86 year old mother’s primary care physician did a referral for her to receive at home physical therapy and I observed as the person assigned provided continuous inadequate treatment. The fraud comes in when the agency added on sessions beyond the approved amount and they knew would not be covered by my mother’s insurance . Humana did not pay - my mother attempted to pay but Humana advised my mother not to pay and rather than write it off.... read more
