They are, yes, formal and upstanding but on the other hand, they're rude and harmful. I am a cancer patient one of theirs harassed me for payment after only 4 days of notifying me that the previous payment plan we spoke of fell through. Only reason i chose this place was because no one else had the casket that i wanted...
