These are terrible apartments. The water is turned off regularly. Cockroaches are everywhere, the pool is often closed. The noise from the air conditioners is so loud that it does not allow you to sleep. The price does not match the quality at all. Everything is old and everything breaks down👎👎👎
Muy mala administracion, nos cortan el agua frecuentemente y se ofenden si haces preguntas, solo te dicen hubo un problema y no sabemos cuando va regresar. Los de mantenimiento son unos flojos, levantas reportes de fallos y nunca te los atienden. Te cobran una cuota para control de plagas y hay cucarachas por todas partes y si levantas un reporte, te dicen que van a ir para reforzar y no lo hacen. UPDATE - May 2025 This community has gone from a peaceful, family-friendly environment to an absolute nightmare. As long-term residents, we’ve watched the quality of life here drastically decline, especially since the end of 2021. What used to be a safe and clean place is now chaotic, unsafe, and poorly managed. Safety Concerns: We no longer feel safe in our own home. Hey, Memorial Fountain! 😡 Once again, there’s no water today. Why do you keep turning off the water in the community all the time??? Is this some kind of tradition for you and your attitude toward residents — sending insanely high water and sewer bills every month ($100–$190)?? How much longer are you going to keep making life so uncomfortable and unbearable for all of us? Did you finally open the pool (which is always closed and unusable) so we can at least get some water there to flush the toilet🚽???
