Great community wonderful and respectful Neighbors Most of all very clean community!!
New management is Terrible – they don’t resolve deposit or payment issues, share tenants’ info like your contacts, names and other information with collectors, with out consent. All other negative comments describes the conditions of apartments. We live there for 2 years and it was constantly flooded after rain, leaving us in damp conditions. To management. Look for First name as Adlier, to find all related information in your system Edit. Added another video where you can see that drenaj doesn't work

Living at Memorial Fountain was a 2-star experience. Water system always somehow needs repairs; you'll often find your fellow residents bringing water back up from the pool to flush their toilets. You could have the cleanest unit and still end up with German roaches in your microwave, cabinets, carpet. When you see babies out in the open, you know those things have already multiplied like crazy in your walls. The glue traps given by maintenance do poorly at controlling the population. People let their dogs defecate anywhere ... read more
