My daughter lived her for one year. The service is terrible. The office personell are puppets for the corporate headquarters. They fine you for everything and they are about money. My daughter had an issue with a payment because of daycare payments. I wanted to pay the rent the balance however they would not take my check . So I needed to bring cash or send it to the corporate headquarters. Eventually, we got it done however they charged lates fees out of the roof. Good place overall. The maintenance guys are always friendly and helpful. Whenever I’ve needed something fixed, they’ve been quick to take care of it. They’re good with the residents and always have a good attitude. Definitely appreciate the maintenance team.
Five stars, specifically and wholeheartedly, for Maikel and the maintenance crew. I have been living in this complex for eight years, and during that time, I have seen many maintenance staff come and go. Recently, I have been disappointed by the way some residents treat the community and leave trash around the property and parking lot. So, Ive waited to write this review but at this point I'm so tired of "arguing"with the property manager here. It has gotten to a point of rudeness and arrogance. She questions you, she speaks down at you, and she is in general cold and rude. No matter what you call for she likes to "argue"- even the smallest maintenance requests are met with questions.
