In order to schedule a visit with a new PCP, I called central scheduling. They twice asked for my name and my date of birth, but they didn't ask who I wanted to make my appointment with. I had to tell the operator who I wanted to see at this point because they weren't asking me. I was then informed that this doctor was not currently accepting new patients.
