LAB CLOSES AT 3:30. If you are not there prior to 3:10 then they will turn you away! **Online is advertised to close at 5pm..** also make sure you call and schedule ALL imaging appointments ahead of time as you can not “walk-in” to have anything done besides labs and you will be lucky if you are in the waiting room for less than an hour..

Had a renal sonogram today. Tech was a total…… please put yourself in the patient’s shoes. It’s stressful enough without having some robo tech slap very cold jelly on you with out saying a word of warning. And rude. If I didn’t like my dr Lenox so much I would definitely find another place to spend my money. Remember we r the customers not you.
