Had a renal sonogram today. Tech was a total…… please put yourself in the patient’s shoes. It’s stressful enough without having some robo tech slap very cold jelly on you with out saying a word of warning. And rude. If I didn’t like my dr Lenox so much I would definitely find another place to spend my money. Remember we r the customers not you.
This place is a joke! Lab tech didn’t show up for work. Their EKG machine wasn’t work and hasn’t been working. They can’t collect a MRSA swab someone else had to. Wasted 1.5 hrs waiting and they didn’t even try to get the x-ray I needed as well
They are so wonderful. I go to see Britney and Dr wall all the time they are such amazing woman. I'm truly blessed.
