You will not find a more dedicated property manager + entire staff. Collectively they really make the place feel like home. The fact that the majority of residents have lived there for many years speaks for itself. New management transitions can be challenging but Robert has gone above and beyond to assist the residents with all of the changes.

I moved here at a hard time in my life — going through a divorce in my sixties — and this place made all the difference. The property has real character. Built in the early 1960s, it has a lush, verdant, almost New Orleans feel to it that you just don't find in newer developments. It's a two-story complex with two pools, and everything is meticulously maintained. We have lived here for over 6 years now. There is no place like it. Wonderful trees and landscaping and small complex which means you can know your neighbors. Fantastic location, easy to get to I-10. Plenty of places to eat. It is a quiet mature place to live, no loud parties. The staff has been here for years and are friendly, helpful and keep memorial creole a great place to live. It feels like a home more than an apartment.

Very odd and uncomfortable phone call with Robert today. I’ll start by stating that I stopped by last Friday at 3pm, and the office was closed, lights off with a clock on the door indicating they’d be back at 2:30pm. I waited for 20 minutes in total, and no one came. Unbeknownst to me, they lost power, which I found out today when I called for information. However when speaking with Robert, initially he was vey kind and helpful, but quickly changed his tone, became sarcastic and was talking over me and interrupting me. Sayin... read more
