I came in today for a car accident, that I was having some symptoms from. The younger man behind the desk seemed immediately irritated for the fact I was even there. never looked me in the eyes and when I told him I was having problems, he snarked “ well with WHAT??” Short and with no compassion at ALL. I am SO frustrated with Memorial Clinic. This is the third time that I’ve arrived to take my dad to an appointment and there is over an hour wait to get into the providers. We come from 45 minutes away. My dad is elderly and not in great health. It’s quite a task to get him to the doctor’s office. I would hope that if a medical office is that behind in their appointments, that they would call and tell their patients. It’s common courtesy. Why does none of the departments here ask sick gross violent germ coughing patients or parents of those germy kids wear a mask? I was at the office twice this week and there were kids and adults coughing and not masked. There's signs that have the policy to mask if sick with symptoms.
