I’m a patient at Memorial clinic. I love this clinic. Everyone working there is so nice. With special notice to Dr J Romney and staff as well as N. Baker in pulmonology. They all go above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it so much.
I saw Dr. Joshua Jensen on Wednesday, 5/27/2026 for a sick visit. I'd been struggling with severe nausea, vomiting, and fatigue for about a week, which all culminated into calling out of work that day because I could hardly get out of bed, let alone drive to work. I needed some help finding specialists and a doctor's note. After sleeping nearly all day, I managed to get to my appointment that afternoon. People rearrange their schedules and take time off of work for doctors appointments. So when you get a call morning of that your doctors appointment has been cancelled with less then three hours of notice, it ruins your day. I would avoid Dr. Jensen for this reason. If you are going to cancel last minute, don't force those you cancelled on to reschedule over a month out. Respect your patient's time.
