I deeply regret going to Dr. Moravej at this location 9 years ago because I feel that I was given crowns and it was not absolutely necessary. He wanted to give me even more crowns, it has been nearly 9 years and I still have not needed them. Lesson learned, I will get second opinions and take my time with these decisions. I encourage anyone getting crowns to explore other possible procedures b/c crowns are traumatic to the teeth and should only be gotten if it's absolutely necessary in my opinion and experience. I am writing this post on behalf of Juan Jimenez.....upon his visit there he was professionally greeted by the receptionist. Jeannie Rosales; the office manager explained every detail to me down to the cost and what my insurance was covering. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Once i had my xrays and exam complete the dentist came in and notified me of what treatment was going to be done. I am proud with the staff and will return for my future dental needs
I had such a great first time experience with Memorial City Smiles! I was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. Jeanne was so sweet over the phone and in person, I felt very welcomed. Their hygienist McKenna was of great help and super informative and took her time on my cleaning, which was amazing! I'm happy to say I have found my dentist location :)
