Timely, professional care. Best urgent care experience I’ve had.
Okay, so I visited this location in July of 2023, and was charged $5.00 as a copayment. In August 2024, I received a text message from collectors who stated that I owed Memorial Care $20.00, which I never paid. Who waits thirteen months for this? I informed the collectors that I never received a bill from Memorial Care, and asked why I was charged for partial payment? Normally, there are three attempts to collect a debit before sending it to collections. Who would ruin his/her credit score for $20.00? I’m appalled at how the... read more
Front desk women are the most helpful ones there…. I truly think they need better doctors and I feel terrible for anyone going there and not getting the help they need. Based on all of the poor reviews no body seems to give a crap about , do better… memorial care is supposed to be somewhere you feel comfortable going. How are you gonna reply to all the comments and try to fix things but nothing has changed
