This review is only for Total Heart Center as I've had great experience with the ER, Cardiac Electrophysiology & Cardiovascular team. I had total heart failure 5 years ago and was transported to Memorial Regional and credit my survival and recovery to their team of cardiologists making me hesitant to write this review or change my cardiology provider after several years of terrible experience. This review is for **Dr. Lawrence Reiss** specifically. My first (and only) consultation with him was among the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical provider. He showed no bedside manner, frequently talked over me, and didn’t allow me to fully explain my symptoms. He came across as dismissive and condescending, as though he were simply going through the motions rather than genuinely listening or caring for his patient.
