The Receptionist needs training. Has no compassion, no people skills. Doesn't smile or make you feel welcomed. Probably needs a different job. There was a coffee mug on her check-in desk counter, the whole hour and a half that I was there, something spilled out! She didn't bother cleaning it or anything, she worked around it. It Probably sat there all day.
His staff treats my 87 year-old dependent with such gentle care that I decided to make him my own PCP. Both he and his NP, Debbie, are top notch. I speak from many years of experience when I say that you don't often find this kind of professionalism. One caveat: You have to be patient to get them on the phone. They sometimes disconnect before they even answer, and they always put me on hold.
