Terrible person, bully with a medical license in the NIH bubble. Ignores patient's explicit written demand to not access their medical records. Thinks he is above Federal statues of the Federal Privacy Act. Medical degree from a degree mill school in the Caribbean so how is he even working at NIH. A dismissive and retaliatory physician. Poor leader that plays games and creates more problems for his patients. Avoid doing anything with this man.
