This guy is beyond amazing! Been to other doctors and no one could diagnose the issue. He not only found it but got me walking! Highly recommend him. Hes extremely personal, him and his staff have amazing bedside manners, he is extremely knowledgeable and explains as he goes. I feel like he actually cares about helping me. Im telling everyone I know to go to him.

I am so proud to have found Dr Menninger I found him by mistake … Best mistake I’ve ever made. He was very informative. He took lots of test to make sure everything was OK for us to continue. He answered a lot of questions that some doctors have not been able to answer for me. He has helped me tremendously. I’m not on so many pain pills anymore and I’m grateful for that. I was in excruciating pain in my upper right leg especially when I tried to walk. That's when I decided to do a Google search to find a chiropractor in the Walterboro area. There were a few but I decided to choose Memminger Chiropractic because of a few reviews that I read. I did a few visits but to be honest, I got pain relief from my second visit. Doctor Memminger is awesome! The staff is friendly and I would definitely recommend this office.
