I have been trying to reach someone to respond to my question, but it goes to voice mail. I think I should go to the local office in Denver, however, I think I might just run into a vacant office.
Members Trust earned a fully adverse review from me. I was wary when I saw that they had not been approved by the Better Business Bureau. Their response to my inquiries about that was giving me the cold shoulder. When I tried to deal with another one of their offices, they likewise refused to provide services. It was the worst personal experience I ever had with a commercial financial institution. They are poorly suited for dealing with a seniors like myself. You cannot get a live person. I tried calling all of their offices in Virginia, Tampa, and Denver. On every occasion it did not matter if it was morning or afternoon. Every time, my calls went straight to a voicemail to somebody whom I did not know. I tried and was unable to get a receptionist or representative. I was surprised, with as much money this company manages or represents, I could not talk to a real person.
