So glad I shopped around for my mortgage and found Members Mortgage Company. They partner with credit unions and offered me a much more competitive rate than large banks. John McSherry was fantastic to work with. He was responsive and made everything as easy as possible. Even our realtor was impressed! Please consider working with a credit union to keep your money in the community.
We don't typically leave reviews until the experience was either extremely bad or extremely good. In this case it was extremely bad, would give zero stars if we could. The person we had helping us with the loan was Peter, he was terrible at communicating. Many unanswered emails and calls, we left voicemails but none were returned.
