Need more tellers at Ashland central avenue branch! Every time I go there I wait a long time inside or drive thru. Inside three times in a row one teller is there. This last time the one teller available for lobby service was opening a CD. By the time the teller was able to help me, there were 4 people backed up behind me.
Up until recently I would have recommended this place to anyone at any income or Credit Score level as this had been my bank for 10+ years. However, after they decided to put a hold on my account when my EX (who is not linked to my account) didn't sign a paper both they and I had requested he sign multiple times, I would never refer anyone there. They were very rude and disrespectful in regards to it like it's my fault that I cant force an adult to sign something. They had no success in getting him to comply and therefore sa... read more
